Winter sports for everyone in the Paznaun valley.

Ski in See and Kappl with the family, or let loose on the pistes and in the village of Ischgl. The ski bus stop is three minutes on foot; the lifts in See about three minutes by car. Not keen on the bus? Book our regular shuttle to the gondola – not included in your stay.

See: your nearest ski area

The long combination of the Ascherhütte, Versing and the valley descent takes you ten kilometres down in one go – one of the best-kept tips in the Paznaun valley. See the official See ski-area information for current pistes and lifts.

Driving times are approximate and depend on traffic and winter conditions.

Ischgl is one of the largest and most snow-sure areas in the Alps, running until early May and linked over the border to Samnaun in Switzerland. Kappl and Galtür are the valley’s two other family-friendly areas.

The ski bus serves the valley’s resorts. Check the current timetable for routes, connections and the last return service before planning your day.

The Silvretta Ski Pass covers See, Kappl, Galtür and Ischgl/Samnaun. A separate Kappl & See pass is also available.

Beyond the slopes

Winter walks, toboggan runs, cross-country skiing in Galtür or a visit to the Silvretta Therme in Ischgl. Check current opening times and conditions before heading out.

Back at the house, the hot tub is waiting on the terrace — available from December 2026.

Ski hire, lessons & passes

You will find ski hire and ski schools in See and Kappl. Ski passes are sold at the lift ticket offices or online. After a day on the piste, your kit lives at home in the ventilated ski room with its boot dryer.

In winter the house is let by the week only, arriving and departing on Saturday.
