Hosting and access data
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and delivered through its content delivery network. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type, referrer) to provide and secure the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and fast operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; we have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare including standard contractual clauses. Booking and enquiry system (easybooking)
For availability checks, online bookings and enquiries we use the web tools of easybooking, a product of zadego GmbH, Anton-Melzer-Straße 10, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria. The tools are loaded from easybooking’s servers, which transmits your IP address to easybooking. The data you enter in the booking or enquiry form (name, contact details, travel dates, number of guests, payment details when booking, your message) is processed to handle your enquiry or fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). easybooking processes this data on our behalf. Booking data is retained for the statutory tax and commercial retention periods (usually 7 years). easybooking’s privacy policy: www.easybooking.eu/datenschutz.
Guest registration
Under the Tyrolean registration law we are obliged to record guests in the guest registration form (name, date of birth, nationality, travel document, arrival and departure dates). This data is transmitted to the municipality of See and deleted after the statutory periods.
Web analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly audience measurement that works without cookies, creates no user profiles and stores no personal data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating the use of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
Our website itself sets no cookies. The easybooking booking system may set technically necessary cookies to remember your selection during the booking process; these are required for the function and do not need consent.
Fonts and external content
Fonts and images are served locally from our server; no connection to Google Fonts is made. No map is embedded in these pages; the directions link on the Getting there page opens Google Maps only when you click it.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we store your details to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
Your rights
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can complain to us or to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
