Welcome to Haus Lina
Made for getting everyone together.
Haus Lina sits in the picturesque village of See, next to Kappl, looking out over the Paznaun valley. The house was completely renovated in 2026 – local spruce on the ceilings and behind the beds, six new bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, dining and TV area the full width of the house.
Seven fully equipped bedrooms sleep up to 15 guests: a comfortable base for groups of friends or families who want to share a fine ski area and the walking and mountain-biking routes around it. And then, in the evening, everyone together over dinner at the four-metre-long solid oak table.

Seven bedrooms for 15 guests, each with a box-spring bed, and two travel cots available on request.
6 bathrooms + separate WC
Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus two more spread across the floors. Better still: two bathtubs in total to soak in.
Wood-fired hot tub
After a walk through the forest or a day on the slopes, step into the steaming hot tub under the stars with a good glass of wine. Quiet, nature and comfort in one. Available from December 2026.
Relaxed cooking
A kitchen built for a crowd: two ovens, two dishwashers and two fridges. Dinner happens in style at the generous four-metre table of solid oak.
Ski facilities
A ventilated ski room with a boot dryer. The bus stop for the lifts is 200 metres away, about three minutes on foot.
Parking for 5 cars
One car in the garage and up to four on the driveway in front of the house.
Outdoor hot tub

After a walk through the forest or a day on the slopes, step into the steaming hot tub under the stars with a good glass of wine. Quiet, nature and comfort in one.
It stands on the terrace, is heated by its own wood fire and seats about four to eight people, with air and water jets and lighting inside the tub.
The hot tub is installed from December 2026. The picture is an impression of the finished terrace, not a photograph.

Whether you come for the groomed pistes or the green alpine pastures, it is all close by. The lifts at See (3 min), Kappl (11 min) and Ischgl (20 min) are practically around the corner. In summer, explore the valley's finest walking and cycling paths, or take a fifteen-minute stroll down to the lake for a swim.
