What to know before you book
Our rates are for the whole house per night, plus tourist tax and final cleaning. The house has seven bedrooms and sleeps up to 15 guests.
- Minimum stay
- In winter the house is let by the week only, arriving and departing on Saturday. In summer the minimum stay is three nights.
- Included in your stay
- Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, utilities and parking are included. The Silvretta Card Premium is included for all guests during its summer validity period.
- Additional charges
- Tourist tax is €5 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over, paid in cash on arrival. Final cleaning is €300 per stay. Bread delivery is available to order at an additional charge.
- Payment
- Bank transfer or credit card. 50% of the total is due on booking, the balance 14 days before arrival.
- Security deposit
- For a direct booking we ask for a €300 deposit, left in cash on arrival.
- Cancellation
- You will see the terms in the booking system before you confirm. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
