Booking & payment
How many people can stay in the house? Up to 15 guests in seven bedrooms. All sleeping spaces are adult-sized. Two travel cots can be added in addition, free of charge and on request. See the floor plans and room descriptions to choose the best arrangement for your group.
Is there a minimum stay? In winter the house is let by the week only, arriving and departing on Saturday. In summer the minimum stay is three nights.
What does the house cost? Our rates are for the whole house per night, plus tourist tax and final cleaning. You will see the current rate for your dates in the booking tool.
What’s included, and what costs extra? Tourist tax of €5 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over, paid in cash on arrival, and a one-off €300 final cleaning charge. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, utilities and parking are included. Bread delivery is available at an additional charge.
How can I pay? By bank transfer or credit card. 50% of the total is due on booking, the balance 14 days before arrival. On arrival you leave a €300 security deposit in cash.
What are the cancellation terms? You will see the terms in the booking system before you confirm. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival & house rules
When are check-in and check-out? Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Other times by arrangement when occupancy allows.
How does the key handover work? We arrange that with you directly before you travel.
Are pets allowed? No, pets are not allowed.
Are parties or events allowed? No, parties and events are not allowed. Please respect the neighbours in the hamlet and keep noise down between 10 pm and 7 am.
Is smoking allowed? No, the house is non-smoking. Smoking is fine on the terraces and balconies.
Are there quiet hours? We ask for quiet between 10 pm and 7 am – out of consideration for the neighbours in the hamlet.
Are there cots and high chairs? Yes, two travel cots and two high chairs are available on request and free of charge. Travel cots can be added in addition to the 15 guests.
Is the house suitable for people with limited mobility? The house has three floors with stairs and no lift. Talk to us, we are happy to advise.
Is there a bread service? Yes, fresh rolls from the village bakery – just order the day before. This service costs extra.
How fast is the internet? Fibre at 250 Mbit/s both ways, stable throughout the house.
Skiing, activities & parking
Where can we store ski equipment? In the ventilated ski room downstairs, which has a boot dryer.
Can I hire ski equipment? Yes, in See. We can reserve ahead if you like; check collection and lesson meeting points with the provider before your first day.
Is there a ski bus? Yes, the stop is approximately 200 metres from the house, a three-minute walk. Check the current timetable for routes and connections to the valley’s ski areas.
Where do I buy ski passes? At the lift ticket offices or online. The Silvretta Ski Pass is valid in See, Kappl, Galtür and Ischgl/Samnaun. A separate Kappl & See pass is also available.
How far is the swimming lake? The Badesee is approximately 1 km from the house, around a 15-minute walk on a route suitable for pushchairs. Admission is charged separately and is not included in the Silvretta Card Premium.
Where do I park? Four outdoor spaces and a garage, right at the house.
